Hey, I'm not saying what they did was right by ANY stretch of the imagination. But, I am saying I'd like to know the whole story. If you see a video of me shooting someone and walking off you think I'm a criminal. What if the video didnt show the guy breaking into my house, and that living room he was shot in was mine? For all we know, that mean killer of a dog bit this guys little sister. Highly doubtful? Definately. But, out of curiosity I'd like to know the whole story. Again, it doesnt make what they did right, no matter WHAT the dog did, if anything.

Looks like just a random attack.
At the very beginning you can see a guys shadow taking a run at the dog but he stops and says "Dude, I can't.."
Then it cuts off and comes back and shows the first hit with one guy, one guy says "Chicken pussy, do it!", then the second hit is a different guy.
Unless the dog bit all three of them I don't think they were getting revenge.

A pit bull would never attack for no reason. They are one of these most trainable and obedient dogs on earth.
The fault always lies in improper training by the owner. They are powerful and obedient, but not unintelligent or without emotions. For example, proper dog training should always begin during puppy-hood. An adult dog that is disobedient because it was not trained early enough will not understand why it is being punished and will become resentful.

I can only imagine that PETA hates pit bulls because they are not natural. They are dog as a tool, bred to fight to the death, trained to obey without question.

This is pointless because the dog in the video was a yellow lab, perhaps the kindest, gentlest, and best behaved of all breeds. Dog bred to be man's loving servant.

You've never noticed how the news spotlights a certain thing and keeps ranting about it? Yeah, some have attacked, but more people have been attacked by the more "friendlier" breeds, and the news fails to show those storys. The news likes to instill fear into people, I remember in the late 80s / early 90s when the news had a thing for spotlighting mostly African American males that get in trouble with the police.

You're wrong here Vic. I didn't say all, I said SOME and that is also reflects on the skating society. I never said it was applicable to 100% of people, and I clarified that most would NOT like what happened. However, the fact remains that it is something that was bred out of skating society and skating society is going to allow this much more than many other clicks. That's just how it is. I knew tons of skaters in Atlanta, and I've been watching skating videos since I was 13. You are telling me I'm just generalizing? Well that may be true, but I'm generalizing based on what I've seen. I'm not just saying it to be mean or to start a fight. I'd say asshole skaters are less than 50% of the skating population, but they are revered by lots of other skaters. I actually like your biker analogy, because I'd say that drug dealing and being an asshole can be typical of them as well. A majority? No, but the generalization is made because there is truth to it.

My friend actually conducted a study on PETA and their methods. The PETA's top objective is to bring attention to animal abuse. They say that the best way to get that type of attention is to first get the attention of the media and the 'shock and awe' method seems to work. They admit that they are very radical in their methods, but they also say that without media coverage, there is no way for the people to put a second thought on animal abuse.

Edit: Note, I don't necessary say what they do is good, but when you think of defending against animal abuse, doesn't PETA first come to mind?

The reason Pit Bulls are so vilified is because people teach them to fight, and they are very strong dogs. It is very rare for a dog to just "attack" anyone. They have to be provoked and or taught. Did anyone see that Lab try to attack? It was more scared than anything 🙁 Fusking assholes. I hope they lock them up and throw away the key. Too bad there isn't a death penalty for that. I can't believe PETA doesn't have info on if the dog lived or not. Fvck. I'm too pissed to even say anymore. I'm going to go hug my dog and feed her some treats.
