Persuasive speech on a university, what to put in there?

I got a fairly short speech to do on a university (we researched 3, have to pick 1 to give speech one). I'm really quite bad at speeches (the talking part mostly), but in this case I'm kinda at a loss for content also. There is some required info that we must have in there, and I got all that, but I'm not sure what I could put in there to make it interesting, or better convincing! Any ideas?
