Perspectives on a PT job interview..

I've setup a job interview at the new Cabela's that was just built. This is mostly just some extra cash from working on the weekends, to pay off some bills etc etc.

I think that I would like this to develop into something beyond a PT position, something in management or salaried office type. Do I dress up, full suit and all, and make it known that these are my intentions? Or do I go more casual and just go for the PT position that they're interviewing for.

Ideas?

Go for the job they're hiring for.

If you look like you're trying for a management position, they will think "He wants a better job than we can offer, he won't be happy here." and that will ding you.

Ipno provides good advice. it may even give off the impression that you are "overqualified."

if you get the job, work your way up. but don't aim high in order to start low.
