personalized calendars (with your pics)

so i have decided to have a bunch of 12 month wall calendars made for x-mas gifts. kinkos, wolf camera and office max start at $20 each. has anyone ever had calendars made before and if so where and for how much?

thanks. they are $20 each but i still think the quality looks better then the cheap kit that wolf had.
