Meh, the conclusion it gave me was pretty spot on with most of it. I even do shy away from leadership positions, you have to step on too many people for my liking, but I actually do fairly well in leadership positions when they are forced on me. I just tend to spread the responsibility to people I know I can trust in the group, and then set a vision for the group though, so I am not the typical Alpha leader type. It usually is taxing on my personality though, so I tend to shy away from it.
