Personal Webserver, Win98, and Perl

I am trying to setup Personal Webserver on Win98 so it can execute perl scripts via CGI. I have both perl and PWS working correctly (independantly), but I am getting a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. My scripts are in a directory that PWS gave execute and script privledges to, and I added a string in the registry that tells PWS how to handle *.pl extensions. Is there anything else I have to do?
