Personal Oracle7 for Win95 crashes during install :(

Maetryx here, 😎

I have to install Personal Oracle7 for Windows 95 on a PII-350 running Windows 95 (!). I cannot update the O/S because a lame-ass piece of software we have to run will not work under anything else.

I have successfully installed Personal Oracle7 on a Win98 machine elsewhere in the office. But when I try to install it on the Win95 machine, I get:

ORAINST caused an invalid page fault in
module OIEXEC.DLL at 0157:1013351e.

Which means very little to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The Win95 machine has latest critical updates from microsoft, and is reasonably stable in other respects.

TIA
