Personal Options: How to unselect category blocking

There's no option unselect an item once u selecte something inside the listbox, right now i need to have at least 1 category blocked (P&N)... but i'd rather not block any.

How do i unselect 'em all?
 
Why block P&N?

You do not have to visit a forum; however, sometimes certain ones can be interesting.
 
easier when browsing for me. i don't have to skip over the garbage like p&n and OT (lately) because they go poof!

Plus, if someone links to a thread and it won't let you view it, you know it is not worth reading anyways. If you still want to lose the brain cells you can still go huff some rubber cement or something. It is all about choice!
