I have somewhat of a complaint.

Why do Linux lovers get their stupid Tux Penguin to use as a icon, yet Windows users get nothing? To me that just shows that Anandtech is a pro-linux web site.
 
I think you're jumping to conclusions and making a big thing out of not so big a thing.

Shawnmos has an good point. I'm sure the windows logo is copyrighted.


The icons are meant to be fun, not some sort of political correctness gone mad thing. No need to call the penguin stupid.
