This guy has been stealing from his roomate like crazy  over $1200 worth of stuff now, and everytime his roomate asks him if hes seen this or that he says no, no idea. He's a prick. He said his roomate deserves this cause his he let someone sleep in his bed while he was away for the weekend. If he has a problem with his roomate he should talk it out, not steal like a coward, I want him to get caught.

Security monitor -- get those small wireless cameras and put them in strategic places.

If the roommate himself doesn't know his roommate is stealing from him, how do you know that he is?

well for lack of a better word, i just chose i love you, what I mean was like he steals like a coward instead of confronting his roomate about having someone sleeep on his bed while hes away

So report the thief and get him kicked out of school. Or do you prefer him around?

Now I'm curious, can you please explain? I find it rather peculiar.

Thats what I'm debating, weather I should tell security or the front desk, or let him get caught on his own.

How about letting the roomate know, who has hopefully been reporting it to the police, and they can do an investigation. Unless, of course, the stuff being stolen is not reportable to the police, in which case screw both of 'em.

Well from what i know his roomate imported some stuff from the UAE (not available in NA yet electronics) that has been stolen and I dont think any of the stuff is not unreportable, but again I dont think he has been reporting anything to the cops

Alright, you know he's stealing because he's told you.

- Put up some sort of security camera, get proof, turn over to authoritiies.
- Make with the physical violence

I mean really, why haven't you reported this yet?

He sold you some of the stuff he stole, didn't he. That's why you don't want to tell the authorities. Just tell them that you didn't know it was stolen until after the fact, and you should be alright. The fact that you went to them instead of them having to come to you is usually a mitigating factor.

Nope, didnt sell anything to me, I dont know if he has or hasnt sold anything. Maybe I should just make a call to the front desk.
