Persistent IP's and configuration on a Checkpoint...

Configuring a Fedline VPN device for a client.....no problem right? Setup the hosts, translation and static routes for the particular traffic coming from the fed... however these clients and there ISP do not have static or dynamic they have "persistent"

I want to avoid a call 2-3 months down the road when there IP changes and there traffic halts....any tips/suggestions on what I can do.
