Perplexed with no WiFi on XP new install

WiFi been working great for years... Reinstall Win XP to SP3 and voilla, can't get connected wifi. hardwired works fine...

Run through the wizards, etc... No go.

Any ideas?

Can not connect is a very broad term. There can be many issues that lead to "Not Connecting".
