How many combinations can a teacher have if she is to seat 3 boys and 3 girls in 6 given seats such that a boy always gets the 1st, 3rd and 5th seat?

Think of it this way.....you have 6 seats to place people in, odd numbered seats have to be boys, even have to be girls. So how many possibilities do you have for the first seat? Second? Third? etc. You end up with 3*3*2*2*1*1. This of course assumes that the order of the boys matters (which the wording of the question leads me to believe that it does)
