Permissions with Apache Server on Windows XP

Curious - I have a WinXP machine at home with apache installed and would like to control permissions for files and folders within htdocs. I'm familiar with chmod, but of course that doesn't exactly translate to WinXP. I do have all unneeded ports blocked except for the port being used (8888).

I've read about changing permissions for a user labelled IUSER_MachineName, but I don't see this in the listing under the Security tab -> Add... -> Advanced -> Find Now. IIS is not installed, and I think its related to that?

My folders currently have five users under security - Admin, the logged in user, Creater Owner, System, and Users.

Just trying to make sure everything is secure...
