I need to know if there is a way to "block" anyone from using a spacific application on Win98?

The computer has a cdburner.... but he doesn't want his kids burning all the cd's since they don't know what they are doing half the time.

Any help would be great....

there is no security in Win9x without third party application help. you may be able to use policy editor to lock them out, but if the kids have any intelligence at all, they can get around the policy.
