permissions & E-mail over dual boot

OK...I am raising the white flag. I used to be able to import some .pst files back into Outlook after formats. Now, I have no idea what's going wrong. I set my "i:" drive as share...this worked several times before my last 2 fresh installs. Still, Outlook says that I must set permissions to access my .pst files which I'm trying to import.

I'm running Win2K SP2 and Office2000 Pro SP1a

OR....

Please let me know what I have to do in order to be able to share my E-mails from my dual boot set up. I know you can have E-mails be present under both WinMe and Win2K using Outlook Express...can you do it for Outlook???

Please provide a link. Thanks a lot.
