ok ive seen this problem a long time ago, but i forgot how i fixed it. Problem is, a win2k sp2 computer periodically "freezes" and stops everything for a few seconds. The mouse freezes, CPU usage jumps to 100%, and everything stops. And then a few seconds later, it returns to normal. It's annoying to say the least. I forgot what causes this, though it's not heat, i know that. It occurs probably once a minute or two. Any ideas?
