Perhaps a stupid question: Is there a UK version of Windows Server 2003?

I have a UK based customer who is having issues with a software product. They believe they are using a UK specific version of Server 2003, but I see nothing that indicates this is anything different than the regular english version with UK language/locale settings. Google hasn't found much either, which makes me think they may be mistaken.

So...

1) Is there a UK specific version of Windows Server 2003?
2) If so, how would I identify it (from a running installation)?
3) If it exists, where can I find a copy for testing purposes? I only see English on MSDN...

I seem to remember some MS folks in the UK complaining that there isn't a UK specific version (of Vista), so I don't think there is.

If your Welcome screen says "Alright?" and your shutdown screen says "Cherrio" then you've got the UK version.
