Performance Problems in portrait mode (nvRotate)

I am running a fairly decent system, but I am noticing performance problems when I run my monitor in portrait mode. In landscape, I run at 1600x1200, but when I use nvRotate to bring the monitor into portrait mode, I notice the whole screen is sluggish in scrolling and bringing menu's down. It does this with SLI mode enable AND disabled, running one monitor or two.

Anyone else have this issue or know of a way to solve it?

It does the same thing on my computer, to an extent. I'm not really sure that there's any way to fix it.

Nice system you have, by the way. 🙂

I have been trying to get this thing to work for awhile now. I have a 19" trying to run 1024x1280. I was wondering if there was another program that can work instead of the nvrotate.
