I need suggestions on a new Motherboard for AMD64X2 4800? I like Asus boards. I don't need SLI, so is the A8nsli premium overkill? Is there another board that is just as good without sli? It is mostly for Photoshop CS with up to 4g ram.
Thanks.

It looks like the Asus A8Nsli premium has some features that are nice, evenif you don't need sli. Like the cool pipe. I just hate to spend extra for features that I won't use, but I still want the best board for speed and performance.

i am a fan of the infinity series i had the socket 754 version and now i have the the nf4 ultra infinity i figured for a like $9 more i would get it instead of the 939 nf4 infinity....great overclocker lots of features...the bios is very similar the lanparty series.....from all i can tell there are more memory multipliers on the lanparty but mostly the same.....great budget performance board....

i'd go with this but if you definitely must go with ASUS, just go with the A8N SLI premium. you'll spend an extra $20 on stuff you won't need but $20 would be nothing compared to the overall budget of your computer

Dogmir I was wondering if you could help me with trying to figure out why I can't get my system to perform. I've tried pretty much everything and can't figure why when I tried to install Windows it does nothing but constantly freeze and lock up on me. I'm asking you because I thought it may be my mobo and since we have the same board I was wondering if you ran into any problems?
