Ever since I moved, I've had issues with my SAPPHIRE 100352-3L Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card. I assumed that my computer being rattled in my car for an extended period may have loosened parts in my computer (it had been in my car trunk for about 3 months). After finally being able to set it up, I've had issues with graphics on most of my games. I use to be able to play on Ultra on pretty much any game but after the move, it doesn't appear that the graphic card is working.

After trying multiple things such as sweeping and reinstalling the drivers, I finally just decided to do a clean re-install of windows. After doing this, I update all the drivers and I still can't get the computer to perform like before.

I'm getting to the point that I might have damaged the the graphic card and need to get a new one…what are some other troubleshooting things I can do before moving on?

Have you checked all of the connections in the case? Power cables all attached? What is your pcie speed showing?

Please describe in more detail what your issues are. You mention "doesn't appear that the graphic card is working," but what does that mean? Blank screen?

You could also open the computer, and remove the video card. Then examine it closely. Look to see whether there is any breakage of the printed circuit board. Also check if the heatsink and fan got jostled loose. Maybe it's just an easy matter of overheating (check your heat levels while playing the game etc. to see if it's just getting too hot and throttling itself). You can use various utilities to monitor the heat of the GPU of the video card, such as GPU-Z.
