Performance gain going from CL-4 533 to CL-5 667 on Core Duo notebook?

I'm going to be upgrading my notebook to 2GB and was wondering if it was worth the extra price for 667 instead of 533 memory. I know it's faster, but the latency goes up. I'm wondering if there will be a net performance increase. I'll be doing multi-tracking, so every bit will help.
