Performance gain from cas3 to cas2 ?

I got almost a 4fps difference in Quake3 demo001 by setting the memory to 2-2-2 instead of 3-3-3. Everything else was left the same, I just wanted to see the difference too.
 
Not sure specifically, but my Quake 2 fps went from 110 to 125 when I went from pc100 cas3 to pc133 cas2. I'm not sure but most of this jump was probably the speed increase and not the cas change. FPS also went from 125 to 129 by increasing from 128 to 256 megs.
