I don't know if there is a conclusion. I am sure it all depends on if you over clock or not. I have tried it on stock levels and all passed and set to standard when I over clock. As for setting to turbo or extreem levels when over clocking, my rig crashes or is very unstable. So, my conclusion, based on my experiences is standard, because I over clock. As for everyone else, can't really say :)

my conclusion was to dump my P35 gigabyte MB for an X48 asus
- no one can figure it out was my conclusion and i left it on the only setting that worked :p

I hate when manufacturers use retarded naming schemes for things that should be called what they are.
Gigabyte is probably the worst for this stupidity.

The timing in question is tRD, as has been mentioned.

Instead of having a variable value (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, etc.) you can set, we have stupid names with unknown assigned values instead.

Silliness.
