Performance effects of increasing CPU voltage?

Is there any effect on CPU performance from raising the CPU voltage (Vcore)? Assume that the CPU is cooled enough to handle any additional heat, and that the CPU is always stable.

Seting higher voltage mades no performance effects on cpu it "only" gives you better stability when o/c.

No discernable performance difference. More stable (usually) and morelife cut from the CPU lifetime.
