performance difference between p35 and g33 chipets

Hello,

I'm looking to build a machine with the following core components:

4gig ddr2 800mhz RAM
e6600 quad core
nvidia 8800GT OC

I have no intentions of going SLI or upgrading the CPU. Once this system is built, it's built for good.

Is there any performance benefit in using a p35 mobo as opposed to a g33 mobo?

The only difference that I have read about is the onboard video. If you look at most reviews the onboard video is very good on the P35. That is the reason I chose the G33 because I like the add on video you can always change the card if you like.
