Performance Difference between an Asus K8V Basic and a K8V Deluxe?

Is the difference between the K8V and the K8V Deluxe mostly features or does one have better performance. I just recently discovered that I accidentally ordered the K8V basic when I built my PC and that is what I have been using all along when I meant to have ordered the K8V Deluxe. Don't ask me how I did that, coulda sworn I had everything right when I checked out. The K8V Basic however, has all the features I need. I'm just wondering how serious the performance difference is and whether I should prepare to write off the loss and get a NF-3-250 or whatever they're called for better OC'ing.
