performance bottleneck

is sempron 2600+ overclocked to 1.94ghz bottleneck for 7300GT coz i'm planning to get 1, im currently using ATI X300, can't even play F.E.A.R. with shadow on.

i got 1 GB of DDR400 RAM.

I think you will be fine 🙂. That processor isnt bad with that graphic card. I have a similar problem, but with the latest AGP card with my current AMD 64 3200+ and i dont know what to do 😉
 
Spend an extra $25 or so and get a 7600GS ..... much better performance and should run fine with your Sempron.
