Perfect Dark's third mission is totally owning me. Any tips?

Finally getting around to playing Perfect Dark. I'm playing through on Perfect Agent mode because I actually want to do the missions instead of just walking through the damn game

I'm having trouble maintaining ammo and protecting Dr. Carroll from the gunship.

You need the rocket launcher to take out the gunship. I forget exactly where it is though, been so long since I played that game.
