per core overclocking

So I managed to get my overclock of 4.2 @ 1.165 V to be stable on all 4 cores, but now thinking about tweaking performance for single thread by overclocking per core.

If any one has done this already, do you see the need to raise the voltage if you go and overclock 3 scores to 4.3, 2 cores to 4.4 and 1 core to 4.5?

The only way to know for sure is to test it. Sorry that's not much help but each CPU is different and is binned for different VID tables. You might be stable at 4.5GHz on 1 core but not 4 cores at any given voltage. If not, then you do need to raise voltage (or settle for maybe 1-2 cores @ 4.4GHz).
