More calories = more fattening, unless youre on the atkins diet, then look at carbs, and also wave bye bye to various organs in the distant future.
 
Pepsi Vanilla = 172 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Wild Cherry = 172 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Cola = 166 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Cola Caffine Free = 164 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Blue = 164 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Twist = 160 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi Edge = 80 calories per 12oz.
Gatorade = 75 calories per 12oz.
Pepsi One = 1 calorie per 12oz.
Diet Pepsi = 0 calories per 12oz.

Gatorade is a "sports drink." Non-carbonated. In the US they have something around fifteen trillion flavors, which is bullshit, because everyone knows orange and lemon lime are the only ones you need.
 
If you are working out, like running and you are drinking gatorade to help get some nutrients back, try a thing called accelarade, its awesome, cuz it has some more vitmens, but also has a good ratio of protein to carbs, which your body needs otherwise it breakdowns msucle

Pepsi is the choice of the new generation....of course NOW the new generation is now getting knocked up and married. I'd choose Gatorade.
 
thanks for the info on the caliories. I didnt have a gatorade around to be able to look it up and compare to the countless soda cans I have 😀

I'm a Pepsi addict I would say and I'm looking for alternates to drink that I can pass my addiction off to something with not so many calories 😉
