Every time I go to the grocery store, I pick up some pepper-jack cheese. I eat the stuff like I want to make love to it...

Argh, make it stop!

this brings back memories of sitting on the couch eating some really hot pepper jack so i started collecting the peppers from the cheese and formed a good size pepper ball with a little cheese. my roommates cat ate the whole ball and then licked his lips for the next 30 minutes.

Just be sure to try out different varieties. All pepper jack cheeses are at least decent, but some are very, very good. The cheese flavor and the level of heat varies so much from brand to brand.

<- Habenero pepper jack fan.

Hmmm... interesting. I have always eaten the Kraft and Cracker Barrel brands, nothing expensive. They're both moderately spicy. I'll have to try the Habenero.
