Ugh, my college just implemented it for students to register for classes... I've heard that it's going really slow and getting lots of complaints... but that's about all I know about it...

The software at your college is really slow or the company is slow? I heard the company is doing great.. so I was just wondering.

I've never worked with it personally, my ex-wife was an accountant and she worked with it at a few places; she explained it to me. And I see a lot of developer job posting requiring Peoplesoft experience. That's about all I know about it.

oh okay - just wondering.. cool, I've just heard a lot of good things about it, so I was seeing if anyone else knew.. it seems like a lot of people talk about networking/it/networking engineer stuff here.. but not too much about application development, whether its siebel, psft, or others..

my college just implemented it as well, so students could register online and stuff. i hear it's pretty bad, but i think it's just because this is the first time. im sure once all the bugs are fixed it'll prove a more efficient way for students to register for classes rather then telephone registration.
