Ok, I'm sorry I don't have a #@$$@@$# dog or 8 year old. But why do people with Kids and/or Dogs insist on bringing them over to your house when you invite them to come hang out?

I didn't invite your dog over to my house to piss on my carpet and generally F-UP my house.

Leave the kids and/or pets at home.

Why not grow a spine and speak up for yourself?

hehehe, that's why single people hang out with single people, couples hang out with couples and families hang out with families.

btw, if you invite me you invite my kids.

pets i can understand. but if youre inviting parents over, youre inviting the children over also unless you specifically ask them not to bring them.

any friend worth his salt would understand this and not mind. before i had children, my buds that did were always welcome to bring thier children unless it was a specifically adult party. then i would just say, hey man adults only this time. no problems and everyone is happy.

What do you expect people with young kids to do?

Let the dog babysit? 😕

If someone brought a dog to my house when they came over, I'd be aggravated. I think that is a legitimate rant. The kids, however, are not something that can just be chained in the yard, but in a dog crate, locked in the basement, etc.

You guys ever hear of BABYSITTERS!!!!

I'm not single, I'm in a relationship. If I invite people over (NOT THIER KIDS) and I explictly tell them, this is grown up party.....leave the kids at home.

People just show up with their kids because they know you won't turn them away.

You had kids, get babysitters, don't ruin my party because you can't use birth control or find a babysitter.

How bout you give them due notice to go ahead and get a baby sitter. The day of or the day before isn't really going to cut it.

A week is a good time frame at the minimum to give someone to find a babysitter, longer if it's a weekend.

I agree. That's why I asked him what he expects people with young kids to do, not what he expects people with pets to do.

Why should I have to expect them to do anything? It's an adult party for adults......

Leave the kids at home.

If you want people to show up to your parties, show them the same courtesy you demand and give them ample time to find a babysitter.

did you explicitly tell the people that the kids were not welcome to your party? Why did you not want them there? Expecting an orgy? You sound like an a$$hat....

While I would agree with you on the dog, what the hell are people with kids supposed to do?

If you didn't want them to bring their kids why didn't you just say so?

When they show up, say "I told you it wasn't a party for kids..."...
As for dogs, they shouldn't be going to the bathroom in your house... my dogs have been housebroken since they were young.. they don't have accidents anywhere.
