peoples eyes dialate when we see something we like?

i heard that people scan the other person eyes subconsiously for dialation, if it dialates then they like what they see? is this true?
 
Same if you love the person, apparently...

I get told me eyes are dilated 24/7, I even had to have a drugs test and suspension from work, because my eyes looked "drugged up and dilated"

I must love life 😕
