People with GBA-SP is it VERY good? Or just pretty good?

I'm leaning towards getting a Gamecube and GBA-SP, or just a Gamecube, or a PS2.

How good is the GBA? I'm not going to get one unless they really rule. I don't want to blow a fair chunk of $$$ on something I'll hardly use.

So, people who have one, how much do you use it a week? More than 10 hours? A few hours a day?
I want to be entertained! (Also, any good games to look at for it, if I did get one?)

Unless you intend on travelling a lot why would you consider this over a tv-based console? Buy a PS2 or xbox.

Gameboy is cool, but it's just the gameboy and mainly SNES games. I like it for travel, but I rarely play mine at home.

I have 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours a day at school with not much better to do, so about 8 hours a week I'd guess, in which I could use it

It was fun for me, but it brings more enjoyment for my 8 yeard old nefew.
