Do you enjoy going to the gym? I lot of people I work with think of it like a chore. They'd use every reason to skip. I honestly enjoy going there. I've been going 3-4 times a week for the past 3 years and plan on doing that for as long as I can.

And I think you meant chore. Choir is a singing group, no?

Yeah I love the gym its great fun.

My gym is more of a club thing as all the people that go when I go are club members. Others go also but are not part of the club. I know all the people there and its good.

i play squash. but i dont count that as "workinh Out"

I jog because i have to for my Gym class. wouldent do it otherwise

3 of my roomates go to teh gym and lift. i dont go cause theres no real point. i dont need or want to be stronger

I used to go to Gold's gym when I worked at a place that was just a couple minutes walk from the office. I was always more motivated to get a better workout there than I am now working out on a home gym. But once I move, I will have tons more room for all the junk and be able to crank the stereo while I work out.
