I am getting a CPAP with 10cm H2O, AHI 93, Sat Level 70%. I need a heated humidifer.

I am looking at different models at cpap.com .. What's your recommendation and what do you use. I was looking at this

Is it good? details..

I recommend the nasal pillows........ I think they are better then masks.

I dont know the model # but the mask is has 2 opennings that fit the nostrils .... very uncomfortable and dries her nasil passage ... she now has an attachment that fits like an oxygen mask

ahh she needs a humidifier.. i hated the oxygen mask type, it felt too clauster phobic. i ended up using the stuff that goes into the nostrils..

i had those in the sleep study thinge.

I use one of these.

You'd be surprised at how UNcomplicated a piece of equipment it is. It's really a travesty that I had to pay $300 for it. But it works. Still beats $468 though. I don't know how anybody could be on CPAP therapy without one.

I use the nasal pillows too. The mask is too claustrophobic.
