first off, i don't anybody should be smoking because it's one of the stupidest things people can do to themselves.
but seeing these people smoke just really makes you scratch your head sometimes.

1. doctors (or anyone in the health industry)- i'm sure they see smoking related deaths on a daily basis.

2. people that go to the gym- it's so counterproductive to what they're trying to achieve.

3. pregnant women- no additional commentary needed

What about a pregnant doctor at the gym? Does she get a free pass for playing the whole tifecta there?

2 Wrongs make a right, but 3 rights, make a left...

1. Obviously having seen thousands of different way to die, they chose death by smoking as it may be the best way to go in their eyes.

2. You call it counter-productive... I call it a challenge

3. no additional response needed

I'm a non-smoker :p

I don't understand. Smoking helps you relax, kills time but helps you think and makes you look pretty cool. Ladies love it too.

1. I'm sure you're wrong and that neither doctors nor everyone in the health industry sees smoking related deaths on a daily basis.
2. So, if they're going to the gym to lose weight, smoking somehow prevents that?
3. Not touching this one

1. maybe not daily, but regularly. heart disease and cancer are the 2 big ones.

2. so tell me, how does one lose weight? cardio and/or lifting. smoking damages your lungs/heart, which makes you unable to perform as well as could compared to someone with healthy lungs, so yes it inhibits your ability to do so.

Um pretty much everyone?

EDIT: To the MYOB people, I'm not saying I hate you for smoking, but I am saying that, because smoking has a universally detrimental effect on health, no one *should* smoke. They *can* smoke if they want; it's a choice (just like eating at McDonald's is a choice).

LOL? Living in the mid 90s?

I'm just a retro handsome kinda guy. I even wear Ray Bans with a thin lapel suit and Corthays.

What about parents who smoke behind their children? How about to the right or left? Why only in front?

Wait, I'm thinking only two dimensions here, what about parents that smoke above or below their kids?
