how long does it take to burn a whole dvd cd?

I have a Mac with a Superdrive and it takes me between 1-2hours to burn a dvd.

btw, iDVD and DvdStudioPro are great apps.

You have not done to much movie editing have you? Have you ever taken 80GB of raw footage and tried to make it fit on a CD?

easy, because mpeg 2 movies from camcorders aren't vbr.. and the bitrates quite high. 4.3GB isn't much at all. many dvds are 2 layered anyways.. but you don't even have that option for dvdr they really need a better solution i think
