People who downloaded freelancer demo

How're the system requirements? What kidna computer would one need to run this game at decent speeds.

Well, system requirements is one thing. How well the game runs on that system is another. If I remember Morrowind had reasonbly moderate system requirements. I'm yet to see a system that would run it smoothly.

Well, I have a XP1800+ with 512MB DDR 2100 RAM, Geforce4 TI4400 and it ran the Freelance demo just fine at 1280x1024.

Freelancer doesn't appear to be the resource hog that Morrowind is. I would get the slow loading times and graphical slowdowns with that but no issues with Freelancer.

Just for comparison I have a Duron 900Mhz,512mb PC133,Geforce2Ti 64mb and it ran smooth at 1024x768x16 max detail.It seems to scale well even on lower end systems like mine.

Yea this game seems to run really well. PC Gamers have been plagued by games released with performance issues latley.....this dosent appear to be a problem with Freelancer🙂 Ive heard people say stuff about the Radeon line and problems....I have an 8500 and havent experienced a glitch yet!

only glitches i get is slow menus lol on a 9700 pro
game is good but ends abruptly when you get to second level

but it is a great demo
