people who don't respond to your wall posts on facebook

I am trying to get involved with it again, but my messages go unanswered and it's not like they're inactive. I see their activity

Or sometimes they're just anti-Facebook wall'ing. Friend I have uses facebook for chat, but peeps post on his wall all the time. Never really responds.

I'll try and respond, but it's not a priority. I don't really worry about it.

Some people are just timid about open discussion on the web. So they will send messages, but comments/wall posts they won't do.

In the past, I started using Facebook for its clean, simple interface as compared to Myspace.

Since then, they've gone through several revisions that have made it absolutely impossible for me to navigate. I can't figure out what the fuck is going on anymore. I never even see wall posts anymore. In fact, the only way I get updates is through my email since if I just go to the site directly, I can never figure out what's going on.

I don't always immediately reply to wall posts, since often times I'll just be logging on for a few seconds, so I'm never upset when someone doesn't reply to something I've written.

That being said, I'm not exactly an online networking site fiend, which might explain my lack of disturbance.

WTF are you talking about? It's a lot more than just scrolling down. I get to it and I see every fucking update that every single one of my friends has, whether I've talked to them recently or not, whether I care or not, etc. I don't know where my wall is, nor do I know where anyone else's wall is. The only wall I ever see is the wall of meaningless updates and the little red icon for notifications in the lower right that makes sure I know whenever one of my friends played Little Farmer or something with another one of my friends.
