people who can coordinate

Maybe its the slight color deficit I have, maybe its the fact that my dad is 'color ignorant' (trouble matching colors at times... don't know the proper term, mom always says that), but I sometimes have trouble coordinating.

todays coordination question:
if wearing camo pants, and a black t-shirt and black track jacket, will black shoes and a black belt match? some girl told me that wearing brown pants, a brown belt and brown shoes would look better. what's your say?

and if wearing jeans and a brown t-shirt, will black shoes and a black belt be fine, or brown shoes and brown belt?

and what about blue shirt with black track jacket and black belt, black shoes... ? i wore that today (white tshirt with blue and green thin stripes, jeans, track jacket, black belt/shoes)...
am i just plain horrible with the coordinating aspect of dressing myself? lol

if wearing camo pants

you've already failed

i've always thought that camo pants were just a stupid choice of clothes, but when i saw them on sale for real cheap at jc penney's, i was like.. fine, i'll try them on and check them out
i had been wearin a black shirt that day anyhow... and thought i pulled off the look perfectly 😀

I heard colors don't match with themselves... like red shirt, red pants, red shoes = no go

while thats true, but we're talking 'bout a black shirt and camo pants.

i wear jeans and tee shirts most of the time, so this is just a guess... but a general rule, for women anyway... is that the belt, handbag and shoes should match. the shirt, undies and socks should match. i cannot see it being so different for guys.

i guess another rule is leather should match leather (belts, shoes, watch strap), and metal should match metal (buckle, watch face...)

There's only one rule I know: Black and white mix with everything 😀

everything? 😛

Evar-y-thing. But be warned that excessive application of this rule excludes you from fashion tier 1 😉

Do women check each other's underwear at the office? I'm pretty sure that I've never heard a guy comment on anything that someone was wearing unless it's really short or on fire.

The leathers should match on a guy. So belt and shoes, obviously I don't think the wallet matters.

Is this the same future where all the hot women wear clothes derived from saran wrap?

...because guys are always checking each other out to make sure our undies match our shirts and socks? 😕

In most cases, it's an accomplishment to wear underwear and socks that don't have holes in them.

I just make sure my pocket protector and calculator holster match. Everything else is insignificant.

Geek it proud!!!

That aside, I always match shoes and belt. Other than that, pretty much open. Tend to like to match darks and lights. Red/white striped shirt with jeans works well, as well as with kakis.
