People watching you eat?

Ugh. Do people ever stand around and watch you eat? It's so weird and gets on my nerves. It's because of this that I go eat lunch right before normal lunch break time so that I get to eat alone.

What's worse is while they're watching you eat, they start a conversation with you, while you're eating. Hi there, I have food! Go away!

same with people watching me work. i don't know why, but it just bothers me.

sort of. some people i can look into their eyes and others i can't.

I look away when they're within ~1 foot of my face. Maybe you're right.

I don't mind them. The reason for that is because they're eating their own food and I'm eating mine. As long as they don't intently watch me or something I'm cool with it.

Eating wings, though, is something I don't often do in public. Actually pretty much anything messy.

EDIT: hmm, maybe I should stop caring about my public image. it's been a PITA for a while now...

Lol, let me guess you are at school or something and people watch you eat your lunch when your sitting down? That is funny stuff. Maybe you look funny or have weird mannerisms when you eat?

Actually, I don't think I've noticed in school. I think it's just because I'm really self-conscious when people watch me do anything.
