how do you schedule shifts and meetings or just keep track of schedules in general? do you have software like outlook/exchange? yahoo calendar? paper and pencil?

i have an idea for a new product so i'm just doing some market research thanks!

We just flip a coin or throw darts at a calender. Any other method is just as stupid.

At my company (small family owned) there aren't shifts.... everyone knows what they have to do and they get it done. I don't believe anyone is hourly.
