People still on Wolfdale/Penryn

Hey there, everyone,

It's upgrade time for me, and my part are just about all in. Just waiting on the stupid heatsink right now.
Since I am upgrading, I figured I'd see if anyone else was still holding off from the Wolfdale/Penryn generation trying to hold out from upgrading as long as possible.

My current rig is in my sig, due to be retired in a day or so, a little past 4 years old.
New rig will have a 3770K, 16GB of ram, and a GTX670.

If anyone's interested, let me know what kind of benchmarks you would like to see; I'm hoping it might help some of us decide whether it's worth it or not to upgrade now or wait for Haswell.

I still have my overclocked Allendale, actually. I've updated the graphics card once, but that's it. For most things it does pretty well. BF3's quite playable, although I try to avoid 64-player servers when I can.

I'll need at least until December or January to save up enough money to do a new machine justice. Whether or not I wait a few more months for Haswell will depend on how things look at that point.

I'm still running a Conroe 6750. Wanted to do an SSD upgrade with a switch to Win7 64, so that clinched it to go ahead and do the upgrade. Down to the last couple of decisions on IVB and then I'll order in a few days. Has been a solid machine, but I don't overclock. Still, 5 years is pretty good legs.
