Her uncle needs to know if the lady is dead or alive and if alive needs to get divorced so he can remarry. they are trying to get married by the end of the month..Im not asking for anyone to post anything illegal but a pm or two wouldnt hurt or if anyone knows any other way

the ladies name is gail Lockhart and she is 54 years old, she lived in NJ for most if not all her life. Thats all the info we have.

If only 54, she's probably still alive & he will need to file the divorce. I'm not sure how it would work in NJ, but I do know it's possible to file for a divorce in NY without directly contacting the other party. (Legal ad in the newspapers + a certain amount of time to respond, certified letter to last known legal address, etc.) - He'd have to contact a lawyer for help. And, it may take more than 30 days.

Would you take a Gail M Lockhart, born J(une) 1956?
here
In Ohio; record created in March 2004. Maybe it's worth the phonecall? I played with my own data on Zaba seach and saw a few minor errors (such as the June instead of July, and my first name misspelled, creating a 2nd record for me.)

This is a great lead if it's the right person (should be easy for the uncle to confirm). You have her father's name and location, a funeral home they recently did business with, and a church that the family is somehow affiliated with. Should be pretty easy to find her if that's really her mother.

Just a little FYI, but it may take longer than 30 days to get the divorce finalized even if it is uncontested. And you can't get married until it is.

yeah we know that..they will have the ceremony and just have the pastor or whatever do it in the eyes of God, and later when its all cleared up go get the marriage certificate. they have been together 30 years so yea...
