i guess it's sort of like deciding when to use 'that' or 'which'...


anyway, 'seating reserved for handicapped persons'

why couldn't it have been ' handicapped people'?



Could you say 'how many persons are here'

instead of 'how many people are here'?

i think theyre basically a synonym, but persons is more general? although i dont think you can get much more general.

meh. just plain synonyms.
