People need to stop referring to posts on pages...

I hate it when people refer to old posts in a thread like "oh, I posted on page 2 of the thread" or "look at the link on page 4"

They need to realize all users have customizable settings in terms of how many posts per pages you are looking at. Your page 5 could be my page 2 :roll:
 
CTRL-F, type in name, find post.

Saves a few seconds if you know roughly what page (some threads get to be 300+ posts)

Click printer icon for Viewing thread in raw text format, and Ctrl-F works even better. Whole thread in one window.
