I work at Southern Refrigerated Transport and and file warranty for the company and occasionally cut decals since we cut our own. Im going to be buying a cutter within the next few weeks and the software/equipment I need to get started and hopefully grow one day.
I do know how to work one and produce stickers for our trucks and even personal ones for friends/family but had a few questions.
1-I've been told by some co workers and people I've met in certain shops that the decal business can bring more business than most can handle, what do you think?
2-I will mainly be going around offering trucking companies my services since most do not do their own decal work, what other companies/services should I look around for business?
3-Im looking at a 24" cutter, is this big enough to get started or should I invest in a 60"?
4-what are some good websites/manufacturers to keep an eye on when purchasing equipment?
5-Best decal/sticker design program/software?
any tips, suggestions, facts will be GREATLY apprieciative.
